Historical Review
In its early stages, CAIVIHAUS began as a small venture and later evolved into a professional business initiative.
The founders recognized the need to offer an all-encompassing, approachable, and easy-to-understand service—one that felt like asking a close person for help to solve a home construction problem, which they saw as an excellent business opportunity.
Thus, in 2024, the construction company Caivihaus LLC was founded in New York, with the goal of exceeding customer expectations, implementing an innovative business model, and offering a unique value proposition to differentiate itself from competitors. The aim was to gain market share in both the national and international construction industries.
In early 2018, Caivihaus formed a strategic alliance with specialized companies in each area of construction, aiming to provide highly skilled and certified personnel in every sector.

My name is Danny Caivinagua. I am an architect by profession, manager, and entrepreneur at CAIVIHAUS. For over 5 years, I have been an instructor in courses on interpreting architectural plans and construction estimates. I have also been a project manager for commercial and residential construction projects. I have always been—and still am—the primary salesperson in my ventures.
Throughout these years, I have undertaken projects that have allowed me to accumulate valuable experience. As a technician and builder, I’ve discovered a vast gap connected by a delicate bridge of communication. I believe I have managed to build a path of knowledge that enables me to lead specialized teams in every construction sector, embracing constant innovation and daily challenges.
